From Homelessness, Hopelessness, And Poverty To A College Degree
Currently, one of our past graduates is a fantastic teacher. She is married and has a blended family of six. Another is an RN and is a busy mother and grandmother. Laura has a 4-year degree in Criminal Justice, and has obtained an additional degree in Psychology. She is now working on her Masters in Social Work. Her five incredible children are in college and are definitely an example of educating two generations at a time. Shannon is newly married and a first-time homeowner. Denise has a degree in Criminal Justice with two teenage boys in college. We are so proud of all our alumni and current residents. They reflect determination and education in every aspect of their lives. We do not take “I think I can”, we take total commitment.

The Eveline Blanket
The Eveline Blanket is a fabulous ways and means project for Eveline’s Sunshine Cottage. Created in 2014, these blankets are hand made at Eveline’s Sunshine Cottage workplace, and the monies raised are used directly to benefit the single Moms and their children who live in Eveline’s Sunshine Cottage.
Proceeds from these beautiful and luxurious throws help our moms pay for their college education.
